This project is located in an area called Kilometer 6, Dominican Republic which is home to about 6,000 people. The Rev. Jean Luc Phanord Foundation constructed a church and school.

This project designed and constructed a new water system to serve the school, church, and the Kilometer 6 community. The water system included a new well, water tank structure, and water treatment system.
